Dear friends in Bluegrass,

Monroe Crossing has a busy summer schedule of outdoor appearances. It begins Thursday, June 20 in Long Prairie, MN and comes to a crescendo on Labor Day weekend with two days at the Minnesota State Fair. We perform on the Leinie Lodge Bandshell on September 1 & 2. In early May we had the opportunity to visit Rosine, KY, the birthplace of Bill Monroe. We had the honor of a private tour of his childhood home and even played some Bill Monroe songs on the porch. In our last newsletter I promised a video of this experience. Well, here it is!
